Overview
This policy covers the CTS IT website. We use it to describe our work and to let you book a consult. Scheduling is handled by Calendly. We do not sell personal data, run ads, or use advertising/tracking SDKs on this site.
This policy explains what information we receive when you visit or contact us, what Calendly processes when you book, and what our host (WordPress.com) may process to serve the site.
1) Information We Collect
We collect only what you choose to send us.
If you book a consult with Calendly (for example the free Zoom video call at calendly.com/ctsltd), Calendly collects:
- Your name and email address (required to schedule)
- Optional notes you type into “Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting.”
- The meeting time you pick, and that the consult is a Zoom video call
We use that information to run the appointment and follow up. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
If you email or call us (apps@ctsit.pro or 888-719-GEEK), we receive whatever you include in that message.
We do not collect account credentials, contacts, photos, location, IDFA, or analytics profiles on this site for our own use.
2) Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The brochure pages themselves do not store an account on your device. Your browser and our host may keep ordinary web cookies or local storage to load the site. If you use Calendly, Calendly may store cookies or local data on its scheduling pages so the booking form works.
Removal: You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
3) Network Connections
When you use this website:
- Your browser connects to WordPress.com (Automattic) to load the pages. The host may log standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
- If you book a consult, your browser connects to Calendly. Calendly processes the booking as our scheduling provider. Calendly’s policy: calendly.com/privacy.
- If you book the Zoom video consult, the meeting itself is provided by Zoom. Zoom’s policy: zoom.com/en/trust/privacy.
4) Permissions
This website does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or tracking permission.
If you join the Calendly Zoom consult, Zoom (in the browser or Zoom app) may ask for camera and microphone so the video call can work. That is Zoom, not this website, and it is only if you join the call.
5) Apple Platform Services
This is a website, not an App Store app. We do not submit this site through Apple. If you visit from an Apple device or Safari, Apple may process information as part of the browser and operating system under Apple’s policies. That is not data we collect.
6) Third-Party Software
We use these providers to run the site and scheduling:
- WordPress.com (Automattic) — hosts and serves the site. Privacy: automattic.com/privacy.
- Calendly — scheduling. When you book, Calendly processes your name, email, meeting time, and any notes you provide, then makes that booking available to us. Privacy: calendly.com/privacy.
- Zoom — video for the free consult if you book that event. Privacy: zoom.com/en/trust/privacy.
We do not use these services to advertise to you or to sell your data.
7) Tracking and Advertising
- No tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites for advertising.
- No ads: This site does not display advertising.
- No IDFA: We do not access the advertising identifier.
- We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs. WordPress.com and Calendly may use their own cookies to operate their services, as described in their policies.
8) Data Security
We keep the site on WordPress.com and scheduling on Calendly so we are not running our own booking database. Booking details live in Calendly (and Zoom for the call). Email and phone messages live in those inboxes. Ask us if you want a booking or message deleted, and we will remove what we control.
9) Children’s Privacy
This website is for adults arranging IT and AV work. It is not directed at children, does not require an account, and does not include tracking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via this site.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.

GlassHole
Last updated: March 10, 2026
App name: GlassHole
Developer/Publisher: Colorado Technical Services Ltd. (“CTS,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Support contact: apps@ctsit.pro
Overview
GlassHole is designed to operate without collecting personal information. We do not run backend servers for this app and do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal data about you. The app functions by connecting directly from your device to the network stream endpoints you choose (for example, camera streams on your local network).
This policy explains what information is processed by the app locally on your device, what information may be processed by Apple as part of providing the platform and App Store services, and what network activity occurs when you use GlassHole.
1) Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal data.
GlassHole does not collect, store, transmit, or sell:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials
- Contacts, photos, files, messages, or calendars
- Location data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Usage analytics or tracking data collected by us
- Device identifiers or telemetry sent to our servers
We do not operate any servers that receive user data from GlassHole.
2) Information Stored Locally on Your Device
To provide its core functionality, GlassHole stores limited configuration information locally on your device, such as:
- RTSP stream addresses (URLs) you enter in the app
- App preferences and setup state
This information stays on your device and is not accessible to us. It is not transmitted to Colorado Technical Services Ltd.
Backups: Depending on your device settings, locally stored app data may be included in iCloud Backup or local computer backups. We do not control those backups.
Removal: You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the stream settings within the app (if available) and/or uninstalling the app.
3) Network Connections (Streams You Choose)
When you use GlassHole, the app connects to the network address(es) you provide (e.g., RTSP streams on your local network). This means:
- Your device may send network requests to the endpoint(s) you specify and receive audio/video stream data from them.
- Network traffic is directly between your device and your chosen endpoint. We do not proxy, relay, or store your stream data on our servers.
- Stream security notice: GlassHole does not support secure RTSP (RTSPS/TLS) and does not encrypt RTSP traffic. As a result, video streamed from your configured source may be readable by anyone who has the stream address and can access the same network path.
Your ISP, router, camera/NVR vendor, and/or the endpoint you connect to may log activity according to their own policies and configurations. We do not control third-party devices or services on your network.
4) Permissions
GlassHole may request the following permissions to function as intended:
- Local Network Access: Used to connect to stream endpoints on your local network.
- Motion: Used to provide visual effects (e.g., subtle perspective/parallax behavior).
GlassHole does not use these permissions to collect or transmit your personal data to us.
5) Apple Platform Services
Although GlassHole does not collect data, Apple may process certain information as part of operating iOS/visionOS and the App Store, such as:
- App download, installation, and update delivery
- Device security, fraud prevention, and account services
GlassHole does not enable optional Apple analytics/crash reporting on our side and does not integrate third-party analytics. Apple’s processing (if any) is governed by Apple’s policies and your device/account settings.
6) Third-Party Software
GlassHole uses the third-party library VLCKit to support media playback. VLCKit runs within the app to connect to and play the stream endpoints you provide. We do not use VLCKit to collect or transmit personal data to Colorado Technical Services Ltd.
7) Tracking and Advertising
- No tracking: GlassHole does not track you across apps or websites.
- No ads: GlassHole does not display advertising.
- No IDFA: GlassHole does not access the advertising identifier.
8) Data Security
We minimize data handling by not collecting user data on servers. Any stream addresses and app settings remain on your device unless included in your device backups. You are responsible for securing your device and any network stream endpoints you choose to connect to (e.g., camera credentials, local network security).
9) Children’s Privacy
GlassHole is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require accounts and does not include tracking.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
